Joanne Peretti
Owner

Joanne has owned Fashion Floors & Cabinets since late November 1996 after moving to Lexington in 1994 from Minnesota. Her extensive background in management and business blended perfectly with the flooring and tile industry. Over the past twelve years she has acquired a vast amount of knowledge regarding all different types of flooring and tile, the advantages and disadvantages and key points on installation. She is a valuable resource for the do-it-yourselfer and local contractors.

After several years and much demand, Joanne introduced Omega brand cabinets in January of 2000. In 2003 the business moved to its current location in the Stonewall Square Shopping Center.

Throughout the years Joanne has served as president of the board for the Lexington-Rockbridge Chamber of Commerce, Healthy Foods Co-Op, and most recently the Theater at Lime Kiln. Supporting local businesses and non-profits is extremely important to Joanne as a small business owner herself. In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining friends at her home, spending time with her adorable cats, reading, cooking and gardening.

Michelle Jones
Design Consultant

Michelle has been with Fashion Floors & Cabinets since November 2007. She graduated from Mary Baldwin College with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Art.

As a native of Rockbridge County, Michelle is committed to this area.and its residents. She assists contractors, builders and homeowners with designing kitchens, baths and other unique/custom projects. Her extensive background in art and design and her eye for color combinations are an asset to all our clients. She prides herself on really getting to know her clients and being there throughout the entire process. Michelle currently lives in Buchanan with her husband Josh and they are expecting their first child in March of this year.
